There are a massive number of websites and YouTube videos advertising completely fake hacks or "trainers." It is surprisingly easy to be fooled by these, as we all know the feeling of going site by site with that hope that maybe just one of them is truly going to get you the Balens you need for this competitive game. The necessity of more Balens is something we've all experienced. People that have seemingly infinite money are buying thousands of Balens a day, how are you supposed to keep up, and better yet, surpass their abilities? Hacks would seem to be the only answer...
The sad truth is, those Wartune hacks and "trainers" you keep hearing about, never work. The majority of them are riddled with viruses and malware, but the few that aren't, are packed with data stealing software. Trojans, with the single purpose of cracking into your personal information to make some money for the people creating these abominations. This is the same with anything, any game that has a points system can prove that a simple Google search will unveil thousands of these things, all fake.
Why do they do it? The financial gain can't be THAT impressive can it? Well, sadly, it is. These scams can pull in thousands of dollars if enough people fall for it. What is worse, they make money in another way... By you simply downloading it! Have you ever noticed that sometimes downloading one will ask you to "simply answer a questionnaire to start your download"? Those pay out a decent amount, and the uploader gets a percentage of the income. Slap a few ads on a few forums, get some traffic going, and you have decent passive income, sounds pretty good. But it's all purely by scamming people. How pathetic!
Most of the time, the download isn't even worth it when you get through the dumb questionnaire. One of three things tend to happen:
1: The download simply doesn't work, fake download buttons are a large plight in this day and age. Sadly, this is actually what you are hoping for when it comes to fake hacks or "trainers."
2: You download an executable file that, when run, begins a hidden background process that steals personal information, sends viruses on their way, and infects your whole system.
3: The executable file runs and, instead of "just" giving you a hassle of losing all of your personal information and making your computer a pain to work with because of viruses... The executable overwrites your Master Boot Record, which is something your computer uses to start. If this happens, your computer will not work at all.
Those may be some pretty scary facts, hopefully now you are aware it is simply not worth it to try out one of these fake hacks or "trainers." Even if, by some miracle, you found a working one for Wartune, how long do you think it will take for Wartune's staff to find out? A day? A week? A month? Even a year isn't worth it, you will be IP banned on the spot and never allowed to play again.
R2Games makes its money off of the micro transactions that take place, such as buying Balens. Do you think they are going to risk all of their money by letting a real hack break out? No way! They are most likely investing the majority of their money in making sure that does not happen. They keep track of exactly how many Balens have been sold to any one server at any one time. The moment someone attempts a hack and succeeds, a discrepancy is detected and they will instantly track you down and shut you down, for good.
So, if you are seeking immediate gratification in any mystical Wartune hack or "trainer." I suggest you stop your search, it is not worth the risks. However, there are always things you can do. If you are actually willing to work for it, and earn your Balens, there is a fantastic option you should consider. That is, Points2Shop. It is completely free, and better yet, safe. The link will get you well on your way
I hope you found this helpful and remember, you're better safe than sorry.
